Overview of Position:
We are looking for Account Managers who are passionate about providing small business owners with the best customer experience they have ever seen. As an Account Manager at Club Capital you will help your portfolio of customers receive monthly financial statements and work with them to review their business financial statements and establish targets to help them grow their business.
85% of growth coming directly from client referrals.
As an Account Manager at Club Capital, you will create a business advisory relationship with your clients through email, chat, and Zoom calls on a regular basis. A true cross between accounting and customer success, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the monthly accounting for your client portfolio and facilitating their monthly financial reporting.
Club Capital is a young, growing firm, with room to grow! We have offices in Bethesda but the option for remote work has always been part of our model.
