We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic persons for Weekend Counselor positions to work with and support individuals with developmental disabilities in Montgomery and PG County. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living as well as planning and supporting people to live a good life and follow their dreams. If this sounds like something you would enjoy doing, then this may be the perfect part-time weekend position for you!
Location:
Silver Spring, Ashton, Burtonsville, Beltsville
Different shifts available as follows:
Shifts:
Sat Sun 7p-11p (every weekend, or every other weekend),
Sat Sun 7a-3p or 3p-11p (every weekend)
Other daytime shifts on weekends available
Compensation:
$20.50/hour. Benefits may include vision and dental insurance depending on average hours per week and 401(K) with generous employer match. Paid training. We also provide free meals while on duty and mileage reimbursement if you use your own vehicle.

Qualifications:
High school diploma. Prior experience preferred but not necessary. The ideal candidate will possess an enthusiasm for working with individuals with unique challenges and have a keen interest in advancing their quality of life. If that is you, we will provide training! Must have valid drivers license, clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicle to transport individuals to community activities. CPR/First Aid certification required or must be obtained prior to starting. All new hires will attend a paid two-day orientation and must complete a comprehensive curriculum of paid online training classes prior to starting. Our next orientation is 9/7 & 9/8 8:30am - 4:30pm
