What is a Supervisor at Flagship Car Wash?
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the crew members performance in producing a clean, shiny car fast at a Single Flagship Car Wash.
Your primary objective will be to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the efficient and profitable operation of your site under your supervision. You are a culture creator driving a fun, competitive, and safe working environment for your fellow Flagship employees. You will ha e an exciting responsibility of developing your team and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
