Job Description:
Work collaboratively with ABA team including:
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other behavior technicians
Implement a student’s individualized treatment plan, Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), or program goals under the supervision and direction of the supervisor
Record and track treatment progress daily by data collection
Cooperative and flexible participation within a team and among other teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and should have excellent English oral skills
Qualifications:
Education:
High School or Equivalent is required
Licensure:
RBT certificate OR commitment to obtain credentialing, CPR certificate, Drivers License preferred
References:
Minimum of one professional OR personal reference
Experience:
Some experience working/volunteering with children or adults with developmental disabilities, children, or experience in a relevant field.
