Role
The Operations Manager is in charge of managing all operational aspects of the business and ensuring retail processes are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. They are tasked with improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices. They also play a critical role in helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant. The company currently consists of three brick-and-mortar locations and an e-commerce website.
