Director, Technical Program Management - Customer Resiliency
Are you interested in leading programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms?
About the team: As a Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) in Capital One’s Card Technology organization, we’re looking for someone to assist with our technology transformation agenda for the Customer Resiliency domain. We support Capital One’s customers who need help the most, and we’re embarking on a journey to make our newly defined destination state architecture a reality. You’ll be partnering with other technology teams as we converge onto a set of cutting edge platforms using a federated delivery model and our microservices mindset to bring the best possible experience to our customers.
In addition to the technical program, you will also work to pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, by leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.
