Will assist clients with taking payments and making changes to their policies
Will assist clients by providing proof of insurance
Will assist Accounts Executives with administrative tasks
Will assist agency with administrative tasks
Will backup Receptionists when necessary
This is an in-office position
Requirements
2+ years customer service experience
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
A critical thinker who is a self-starter, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
