Northrop Grummans People Analytics, Insights, & Technology is a team of researchers who use science and technology to inform our most important people decisions and to enable an industry leading employee experience.
This position will be primarily located in Falls Church, VA, with some flexibility for occasional virtual telecommuting.
For this position, we are looking for a dynamic I/O psychologist who seeks to understand the complexities of employee experience through various methodologies, with a track record of translating people research into compelling and actionable insights.
Competitive candidates will have experience leading the design and implementation of mature listening programs that target key career milestones, from candidate experience through all stages of employee movement and progression. In this role, you will develop new listening channels with a particular focus on survey development as well as other advanced types of listening (eg, crowdsourcing, digital focus groups, passive listening). You will be responsible for leading all stages of design and implementation, including collaborating with teammates from other disciplines (eg, data engineering, data science, competitive intelligence) to enable project success. This position will also provide excellent opportunities to brief research findings to leaders - prior experience with executive audiences is preferred.

Salary Range: $146,000 - $219,000
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
