Adecco is currently recruiting for a User Experience Designerto work for our client based in McLean, VA.
The pay for this position $90/hr
We are currently seeking a UX Designer to join our Consumer Card and Bank Design team and support the launch and redesign of our Bill Payment experience.
Join us as we test and learn our way to a new and differentiated experience aimed at helping our customers manage their essential expenses within their banking ecosystem.
This role will closely collaborate with tech partners to launch early pilots of the new experience and then partner with the design team and product peers to design the next iterations across iOS, Android, and Web.
While adapting to a shifting landscape, it will be key that you balance our platform's capabilities with the customer and business needs.

What You'll Do:
you'll be asked to handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
Collaboration & Connection
Participating in translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience.
Advocating for the customer through human centered design methods.
Working remotely with partners and teams across various geographies.
Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to translate customer and business needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Discovery & Delivery
Work with the cross functional team to translate experience scope decisions into production-ready design for mobile & web
Participate in end-to-end product designwork:
Working with researchers to refine understanding of customer needs and define opportunities for experience improvement through usability studies
Designing within existing standards of our internal design system, best practices, and guidelines
Creating high-fidelity design assets along with detailed documentation for acceptance, development, and delivery to market in close partnership with engineering colleagues
At least 4 years of experience with User Experience design
Demonstrated expertise with design and prototyping tools including, such as: Figma
Familiarity with working in an established design system
Comfortable collaborating closely with Product and Tech partners
Designing for cross-channel experiences
Experience designing for native mobile (iOS and Android) and web
