Cognosante is seeking to fill a Quality Assurance Analyst-Intermediate position on our Quality Assurance Team providing direct support to an Army client. This position is responsible for ensuring Cognosante and our subcontractors provide quality products and services to our Army client which meet – or exceed – key performance metrics for this contract. The objective: ensure our team remains focused on meeting contract deliverable timelines and performance expectations to assist this client in maintaining operational readiness goals throughout the life of the contract.

Key Responsibilities (Bullets)

Carries out procedures to ensure all information systems products and services meet contract standards and end-user requirements.

Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents and

works to resolve all problems.

Reports progress on problem resolution to management.

Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.

Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

Required Qualifications (Bullets)

BA or BS degree, preferably in a management or IT-related field.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Over 5 years of experience with performing quality management, project management, or as a service manager.

Demonstrated organizational skill to track status, completion, and project deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates.

Compensation

$107,388.00 - $177,191.00

The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may will be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience.
