At Curbio you will:

  • Maintain and grow key partnerships with Executives within real estate brokerages and other channel partners as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive bottom line results with partners (revenue from brokerage accounts).
  • Develop strategic marketing messages to the partner on the value of partnering with Curbio.
  • Participate in regular QBR cadence with strategic partners to establish, review, and modify joint-plans and execution scorecards.
  • Implement scalable and efficient strategies throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding new customers, driving continuous value and adoption, and meeting customer retention goals.
  • Implement marketing strategies to maximize progress towards quarterly and annual goals including driving quarterly progress towards renewal goal, implementing save tactics for at-risk renewals, and pulling forward next-quarter renewals.
  • Act as Executive Support for key customer renewal and expansion conversations.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven ability to plan and execute strategic campaigns for brokerage partners resulting in lead generation.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in channel marketing, partnerships and account based marketing.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing and account managers.
  • Excellent presentation and sales skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
