Job Purpose: Responsible for strengthening communications and working relationships with project teams and partners, while demonstrating effective interpersonal influencing skills and working both independently and on teams.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting services for business units
• Produce work papers to support financial statement and tax reporting
• Search for and document unusual business operations and events
• Represent the CFO function by displaying knowledge as the finance staff expert within assigned project teams, act as "internal" CFO of assigned project teams and provide a moral and ethical compass to assigned project teams
• Prepare business unit, payroll and other tax forms as required by displaying a knowledge of domestic and international taxes and advising business operations accordingly
• Display and use knowledge of domestic and international accounting practices and provide directfirst interface with internal oversight bodies
• Assist senior managers with administrative procedures and use their knowledge of budget formulation to support project reporting and management of rolling expenditure forecasts
• Provide advice on internal controls
corporate structures, and capital flows.
• Maintain relationship management with other accountants, and corporate business partners and validate financial information provided through leadership reports
• All other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Experience:

• Active TS/SCI with poly
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
(may include business law or auditing or other CPA eligible degree).
• Minimum of three
(3) years in accounting or bookkeeping
• Domestic travel may be required but not frequent

Attributes/Preferred Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with poly with most recent BI/Poly dates within the last five
(5) years
• Familiarity with preparing financial statements in accounting software
• 1-3 years Tax preparation experience
• CPA preferred
• Exposure to international accounting standards or international accounting
• Superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to explain ideas and concepts in a clear and concise way
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional demeanor
• Results oriented with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of basic financial management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various office equipment with demonstrated ability to learn new software systems
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers
• High ethical standards
