Senior Accountant

Job Details Responsibilities: Be responsible for Cash Receipts Function, including daily cash receipt data entry and filing. Be responsible for monthly Billing cycle, including manual invoices preparation, posting and maintaining documents. Perform the Revenue Recognition on contract basis monthly. Be the custodian of Project module, including new project set up, updates and maintenance. Prepare Project monthly financial summary reports. Coordinate accounting month-end and year-end closing process. Assist Year-end audits. Respond to special requests. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. 4+ years of experience in accounting, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Costpoint accounting software. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Collaboration and teamwork skills. Great customer and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
