Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Kronos Workforce Dimensions Analyst who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Kronos Workforce Dimensions Analyst is responsible for providing system support for all components of the Kronos/UKG Dimensions platform.
The initial focus will be on implementing the new Dimensions platform, including Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler and Workforce Analytics modules.
Post implementation, the role will be responsible for providing ongoing configuration, system support and maintenance for the application.
As a Kronos Workforce Dimensions Analyst, you will:
Partner with Senior Analyst to provide continuing application support and maintenance for the Kronos/UKG platform
Serve as initial point of contact for Kronos/UKG related helpdesk tickets and issue resolution
Assist in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of Kronos/UKG new releases
Develop documentation for systems and processes
Assist with performing system testing, including parallel, user acceptance and functional regression testing
Work closely with the Payroll team to effectively transfer knowledge for on-going support
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field is required
Must have 3+ years of hands-on Kronos system support experience; healthcare systema plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with limited direction/supervision
Experience working in Accounting or Finance in a healthcare environment a plus
In-depth Workday/Kronos technical experience a plus
