Lead Early Childhood Teacher ($1000 sign-on bonus)

Compensation: $12-14 per hour, based on experience and education, PLUS $1,000 Sign on bonus! (Contingent upon 30 days of employment with good attendance)
Cherry Hills Learning Academy of Omaha is a licensed childcare center seeking a lead infant teacher! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic candidate who is passionate about early childhood education. Our mission is to be a nurturing environment for young children trusted by parents. We accomplish this by focusing on the needs of our students through age-appropriate educational activities in a fun, loving, and safe setting.
Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following
Creating and maintaining an environment that is clean and safe for all children
Carrying out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children
Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs
Implementation of lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development
Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family in order to provide quality care for the children
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Completion of Early Childhood Education coursework preferred
Previous experience working with younger children preferred
