Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist partner will be responsible for answering incoming calls, welcoming guest to the community, directing calls to the appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. Provides tours and collects initial inquiry information when needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Strong organizational skills, dependable and keeps work/space clean. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
