Ajilon is seeking a part time Bookkeeper/Office Admin in the Middleburg, Florida area.

Ideal candidates will have previous bookkeeping and office administration experience.

As the Bookkeeper/Office Admin, you will be responsible for the proper receipt, accounting, and disbursement of church funds within policies established by the church for adequate financial control.

Responsibilities:

Keepaccurate records in using Aplos Accounting Software (Church Accounting Software)
Reconcile monthly bank statements and correct ledgers as needed

Prepare check request along with associated invoices, receipts, and other supporting data for approval
Pay approved expenses
Compile monthly reports
Keepchurch leadership informed of any trends or changes in fiscal matters

Qualifications:

Two years of bookkeeping experience
Previous office admin experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organizational skills

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm to equal 25 hours.

Flexible schedule.
