We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the growth, development and advertising of our company's products by creating competitive advantages through the use of effective marketing strategies.  

You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of our marketing campaigns, overseeing marketing budgets and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To succeed in this role, you need to be confident with web analytics tools and can turn creative ideas into market leading advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Devising strategies and tactics to promote our existing brands and to help introduce new products to the market

• Creating successful campaigns and take them from ideation to execution

• Analyzing and predicting new market trends and opportunities

• Prepare marketing budgets and ensure they are kept in line with expenditure

• Presenting ideas, concepts and campaigns to senior management and clients where appropriate

• Utilize a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels including influencer marketing

• Produce engaging content for our website that targets our customers and builds on SEO

• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing position

• Experience in managing junior members of staff is a plus 

• An in depth understanding of marketing strategies, techniques, channels and funnels 

• Able to identify and target key audiences with strong messaging 

• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

• Experience with web analytics and social media

• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Business or similar
